Personalized, customized, energized, or specially prepared products are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged during delivery.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable time period.
Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos of damaged products for verification purposes.
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started because products may be specially prepared according to customer requirements.
